Permission Statement
I have obtained permission from all colleagues whose names appear on the artifacts included in my portfolio. In situations when permission has not been able to be obtained, I have omitted names to protect individual identities.

Authorship Statement
This statement serves to authenticate the material in this portfolio as the true, accurate and authentic work of Joy A. Gayler unless specified otherwise. Reflection statements were written by Joy A. Gayler. Wherein an opinion is expressed, it is the sole opinion of Joy A. Gayler and should not be confused or aligned with any organization’s philosophy or mission unless so documented.

Authenticity Statement
This statement serves to authenticate the artifacts in this portfolio as the real and genuine work of Joy A. Gayler. All artifacts represented in this portfolio were created for and used in my professional design and instructional experiences.
