My Role as Web Master
 

My role as webmaster is unique in that I not only design the look and feel of a website, but I manage the content updates as well as develop and implement multimedia interactivity as appropriate. As college webmaster, I collaborate with every department to ensure that their content is current. I work closely with the public relations and admission departments to assess and develop web site multimedia and interactivity, such as weblogs and podcasts to help meet their strategic goals.

As stated in my educational philosophy, I believe that technology can and should be used effectively in the teaching and learning process. In my opinion, technology becomes effective when it actually enhances measurable outcomes and is not merely used for the sake of appearing to embrace novelty.
