My Role as a Technology Leader
 

In my role as technology leader I seek to provide technology-enriched learning environments that encourage innovation. I promote the use of technology to facilitate change for organizational development and foster an environment where learning is enhanced through the use of modern technological modalities.

As stated in my educational philosophy, I believe that it is our responsibility, as educators, to develop our technological skills to a level that allows for effective and judicious use of technology to transform the teaching/learning process and the resultant outcomes. Furthermore, I believe that it is crucial for administrators to understand the impact of technology in education and be strong and vocal advocates for twenty-first century learning environments in their strategic planning processes.
